What we collect

When you request help, Tech Sanity stores the contact details and problem description you submit so Jamie can respond and manage the work in the private CRM.

How AI is used

Only your problem description and the public Tech Sanity service catalog are sent to OpenAI to prepare a preliminary response. Your name, email, phone number, and company are not included in that AI request.

What not to send

Never submit passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, recovery keys, or other secrets. If sensitive information is submitted accidentally, contact Tech Sanity so it can be removed.

Human review

AI responses and estimates are preliminary. Jamie reviews customer requests before creating an official quote or beginning work.
